The Impact of a Father's Presence on a Child's Aggression

Other (Not Listed) Instructions:

I'm helping with a social work major professor to do literature reviews on his research topic. His research topic is how father's earning affects child development and child success in the future.
In this order, I want you to write a literature review on one of the studies the professor selected, the study title is: The effect of father's absence, parental adverse events, and neighborhood disadvantage on children's aggression and delinquency: A multi-analytic approach.
Here is the link to the study: https://www(dot)ncbi(dot)nlm(dot)nih(dot)gov/pmc/articles/PMC6516459/
I've also attached a literature review template, the professor said when writing literature reviews you should follow this template strictly.
Hi I uploaded the study as a PDF so you don't have to use the link.
I've also upload a book on this topic since you may need it for some background information.

Abstract:
The study focuses on investigating the impact of a father's presence on a child's aggression. Household contexts and children's behavioral problems are some of the statistical approaches that have been applied to address this focal relationship. Hybrid models are utilized to scrutinize the within-group impacts of erratic variables. The conclusion made in relation to the study is that children's regression is influenced by the stability characteristics of the household and neighborhood. There are direct and indirect effects of living in a disadvantaged community. Also, the father's absence is associated with the aggression of a child. Generally, the findings show that situational factors that predate the association between father absenteeism and child aggressiveness may influence who is more likely to live in residences with traits that influence both father nonexistence and aggression.
Contribution to the literature:
Most studies have concluded that the father's presence is vital to reducing aggression in children. Several arguments have also argued how the father's earnings influence the development and success of a child. This can be linked to household stability discussed in this study. Other research studies base their arguments on money's impact in terms of possession and psychology. For instance, the child will be provided with everything with better earnings, and the family stress model will be minimal (Khaleque, 2017). This study uses the neighborhood context and inequality to provide a detailed analysis in relation to the aggression and delinquency of children. The interaction between households and neighborhood characteristics is used in concluding the child's socialization. Finally, causal inference and analytic limitations have been used to determine the multilevel predictors of children's outcomes.
Hypothesis:
1 The absence of the father is directly linked to the aggression of the child
2 The neighborhood and household context play an imperative role in influencing the child's behavioral problems.
Data:
In this analysis, the data used came from the disadvantaged neighborhoods in Chicago (safe children), which comprised 424 students. According to the census tracts, most of these students were located in largely deprived and racially segregated neighborhoods. Both male and female genders were involved, whereby 42% of the participants were black and the rest, 58%, were Hispanic students (Kim&Glassgow, 2018). Every 12 months, there was a follow-up on students, which totaled nine waves of repeated measures.
Method:
Quantitative and qualitative methods have been used in this study. The Quantitative approach is evident because the research incorporates statistical analysis, focusing on formulating facts about a specific phenomenon. On the other hand, the qualitative research method is used to analyze different kinds of data and interpret concepts that cannot be measured in numbers.
Variables:
Both dependent and independent variables were used. ...
