The best job I have experienced in my professional career was working as a financial analyst for a major retail bank. My worst job was working as a cashier in a convenience store. For the first job, the scores for each category would be as follows.

Task variety – 6
Autonomy – 7
Feedback – 6
Importance – 7
Thus, the calculation for the level of satisfaction is as follows.
7+6+7=20
20/3=6.666 = 7
7 x6= 42

For the worst job, the scores for each category would be as follows.

The job that received a score of 294 got high marks because it met all five criteria of the job satisfaction scale. This job was my best as I worked as a financial analyst for a big retail bank. The job had an attractive salary, satisfying hours, meaningful work, good benefits, and a positive work environment. Besides, I gained much knowledge about the banking and financial industry, allowing me to be creative and develop new strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
