Mindfulness techniques have gotten much attention in sports psychology because they can help players do better and feel better mentally. This study examines how mindfulness training affects players' performance, primarily their ability to focus, deal with stress, and general physical success (Birrer et al., 2012). The study aims to look at many studies to show how well mindfulness-based methods work in sports and how they affect training and performance (Li et al., 2019).
