This is a civil tort case involving Plaintiff, a mechanic employed by Infiniti of Parkland, who attempted to mount a 16-inch tire on a 17-inch rim of an Infiniti G35 wheel. An explosion was caused due to this, leading Plaintiff to lose three fingers in his right hand and the vision in his right eye.
Defendant affirms that the labeling on the tire was sufficient enough to prevent an accident of this nature from occurring.

Not that I am aware of.
2 Is there anything about this case that would cause you to believe that you could not consider the evidence fairly and impartially according to the law?
Nothing about the case could limit my considerations of the evidence fairly and impartially.

My family was engaged in a lawsuit following the death of my parents through an accident. The case was settled amicably and its details will not affect my ability to execute a fair and impartial trial.
