Executive Summary
Many areas are experiencing more cases of homelessness each day as inexpensive housing is vanishing. From 2015 to 2017, the population of persons facing homelessness in California increased significantly, owing mostly to a rise in the size of houseless individuals in the city of Honolulu. This project's goal is to develop a grant application to sponsor the Operation End Homelessness group to give emotional and social assistance and information on the state's homelessness situation. It highlights the significant causes of homelessness, the budget required to fund the project to end it, strategies, the project evaluation, and its sustainability. It offers suggestions for how it may strengthen its action course towards homelessness.
In Honolulu, the purpose is to decrease and eradicate family homelessness. Operation End Homelessness for Homeless persons will offer culturally sensitive assistance since the region has a rich culture.
