The results of the study confirmed that engaging in emotional eating increased my emotional stress based on the Perceived Stress Scale. According to the table, I exhibited most of the psychological and emotional signs of stress, such as depression or anxiety, anger, irritability, feeling overwhelmed, and other features as noted in the table. The first six weeks of engaging in emotional eating showed early signs of emotional distress because I was departing from my normal healthy consumption patterns towards unhealthy eating. Consequently, the results of the first six weeks were fair. However, as I progressed through the period, I realized that my condition worsened. Starting from the 13th week, I began engaging in healthy eating exercise and according to the results, there was an improvement in my overall wellbeing. I showed low anxiety and stress levels, I began feeling like I was more in control of my life, and often managed to complete my work more readily. I felt less tired and less depressed and felt my body regain its energy.
