This can test the resolve of any leader! How would you advise other leaders in your discipline to integrate AI into their organizations in an ethical manner that would promote organizational innovation and improvement? What is one ethical concern they might encounter, and what is your advice to them? Think about what you have learned about ethical theory to application and use the ethical framework of your discipline to anchor your advice.

Introduction
It is indeed true that integrating artificial intelligence into an organization’s infrastructure can be a significant undertaking due to cost and numerous ethical and legal implications. Considering that I am a forward-thinking leader in the healthcare industry, I recognize the crucial role AI plays in integrating healthcare systems and revolutionizing healthcare service delivery. However, AI has also resulted in negative ethical and legal consequences for patients and healthcare personnel. This editorial piece provides my opinion on the integration of AI healthcare, provides advice to other healthcare leaders on how to approach AI, and provides evidence of some of the ethical concerns of AI.
I advise other healthcare leaders to integrate AI most ethically. Part of the ethical principles they should always adhere to is ensuring AI implementation is done most transparently and that inclusivity is always considered (McLennan et al., 2022). Healthcare leaders should ensure they reveal the usage of AI in various healthcare processes to the patients and staff. This will be crucial in fostering transparency. Additionally, they should ensure that patients and the staff are involved in any AI decision-making processes to bring forth their inputs, a move that will foster inclusivity. Patients and staff members from marginalized communities should always be involved in decision-making. Also, leaders should ensure they are accountable for their actions; hence they should always strive to comply with all legal and ethical requirements regarding AI usage in healthcare.
