Concept Analysis on Joanne Duffy’s Quality Care in treatment Adherence on Hemodialysis Patients
Abstract
Purpose: This research aims to define the idea of adherence and how it relates to quality care in the treatment of patients experiencing Hemodialysis.
Method: The concept analysis technique of the quality care model by Joanne butts were applied in this work.
Results: According to the findings of this concept analysis, commitment to the quality and treatment of life is a complicated notion. It includes physical, psychological, or other characteristics of human beings, both within and outside of the body. Therefore, the term adherence is much more suitable to employ regarding hemodialysis patients' quality of life.
Conclusion: This paper explained the distinctions between adherences as well as other terms, such as compliance and concordance, and also provides describing characteristics, such as adherence therapies or suggestions, the rewards and importance of adherence felt, recognition and acknowledgement of the present state, and capacity to do tasks as fast as possible. To make this notion more obvious, model, borderline, and contradictory instances were provided. The antecedent, consequences, and empirical referents have all been discussed. These are beneficial, but they need further investigations, and, most important, they must be explored in the context of enhancing nursing, not just in academic writing.

1. Introduction
Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) victims have many organ defects. Increased uremic and other toxic metabolites induce decreased bodily functioning and increase the formation of illness in various systems, including pleuritic and pulmonary edema in the respiratory system, uremic fetus and itches on the skin pericardial effusion in the heart and lungs (Kannan, 2019). These weaken the body's organs, reducing its capacity to carry out regular duties.
Hemodialysis is one method of reducing the quantity of uremic and other toxic metabolites in the patient's body. It is a method of filtering out these hazardous byproducts. This operation can help people live for many years while also increasing their capacity to undertake activities. Increasing their abilities also promotes an improvement in their quality of life. Adherence is a frequent phrase used by people to indicate that they are obeying the advice of a healthcare provider. Many synonyms, including compliance and concordance, are often used simultaneously with adherence. Furthermore, some discrepancies must be highlighted and how the notion of adherence is handled in the instance of CKD.
