Hypothesis
* Engaging in emotional eating (independent variable) will increase my emotional stress (dependent variable) as measured by the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS).
Participant Information
As the participant in the study, I am Female, aged 18-years old, full-time freshman undergraduate student, I am on a ketogenic diet since I suffer from stress and anxiety disorder (OCD). I have no physical diseases. For confidentiality purposes, my name as the participant and my race will not be disclosed.
Materials
The study will utilize a Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) to measure the participant’s emotional stress. The device is a 10-item questionnaire that measures self-reported stress levels among respondents by assessing their feeling and thoughts for a specific period.
