Please choose research articles that address ASL teaching and learning, and utilize standardized measures, video data, or scales in the study. Make an attempt to select articles that will strengthen your research proposal, contributing to your literature review or methods sections. The study provides a more in-depth understanding of how American Sign Language should be taught to students in modern concepts. With teachers from all over the world using various types of learning materials, the true essence of sign language appears to be drifting further away from its original context. The American Sign Language Curricula authors have used surveys to gather data that will classify the modules or the learning materials used by the teachers teaching ASL.
Although they have not developed such new ways to measure the study of a number of learning materials that are used, they use common and basic gathering methods like simple surveys to get the data that they want as well as cooperating with the department of education in their sub academic department to supplement the data gathering that they have done.
