Creating a Request for an Informational Interview

Last week you asked a friend or business contact for an introduction to a person who could offer you professional advice. This week, you will write an email introducing yourself to the person to whom you requested that introduction. You are hoping to meet with this person for an informational interview to discuss your career objectives, learn more about working in a particular field or organization, or ask for guidance in developing a business of your own.
