One notable scene in the movie for me was in the 12 minute 30 second mark of the movie, wherein the death of Charles Foster Kane was announced by the television segment, then it quickly and smoothly cuts to the journalist discussing about Kane.
Another innovative scene and filmography in this movie is the scene right after the scene mentioned above. This scene is at the 14:44 mark.
The scene at 1 hour 36 minute mark contrast with the scene mentioned above, as this scene uses silence and cuts to direct the mood of the events in the movie. It is when Kane is staring at his wife, now struggling for life.
