Introduction
The experts in the field of medicine and health repeatedly declared the importance of state-mandated reporting and what is not included in this type of method. First and foremost, CABG means Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting which is a procedure in surgery that helps improve the flow of the blood in a patient's heart, and this medical strategy is only used for people with severe disease in the coronary heart (UCSF, 2020). The medical field experts have clearly stated in their peer-reviewed articles that this classification of reporting only signifies the data and accuracy of statistical results in hospitals and health care facilities concerning the situation of CABG patients.
