Molds growths are common issues experienced in offices or any other building. Molds occur due to poor drainage or improper water handling in the office. While mold growth in the office is an emergent issue, it is essential to deal with it before it causes damages. From the scenario highlighted, one of the short-term actions to address the mold is to isolate the books from the affected ones carefully. The other short-term action is to take the affected document to dryers to recover critical copies. However, medium actions control the humidity level within the premise. On the contrary, water in the air and humidity are significant causes of mold in offices and other buildings. Concerning this scenario, it is recommended to get an air purifier or dehumidifier to remove water droplets from the store (Wolkoff, Kenichi, and Paolo, 10).
