EA Implementation Method
An enterprise architecture implementation method (EAIM) consolidates processes that enhance IT infrastructure to achieve effective business practices. "EAIM is an exclusive methodology industry adopt to advance their undertakings and information technology" (Harrison, 2013, p. 13). Notably, the implementation method has a set of practices and techniques for maintaining, managing, and developing an EA project for implementation. Without following the EA implementation process, the whole system may be ineffective. Besides, EAIM is a system consisting of frameworks such as TOGAF and Zachman, which assists in improving models of the business enterprise's IT infrastructure. In this case, this EAIM has four critical phases: program establishment in Phase 1, EA tool and framework selection in phase 2, EA documentation in phase 3, and use and maintenance in phase 4. Overall, this implementation method is efficient if the system architectures adopt all the phases and processes.

The Role of an EA Framework within the EA Method
EA framework has a significant role within the EA method. Foremost and framework should ascertain enterprise areas the EA will undertake and how it relates to these areas. "The principles enable quality decisions about architectures and plans, and enforceable policies and standards to be created.
