Psychological support is one of the psychosocial factors that affect health care professionals. If the medical personnel feel that they are supported by the staff and the management, they develop better attachment to job. This also means they deliver better results on the patients’ education. The organization’s culture is also a factor to consider when evaluating the effectiveness of the patients’ education alongside the medical professionals (Falvo 2011). If the culture in question does provide the medical team with a positive environment, there is absolute certainty that they are going to deliver. Contrary to which, the patients’ education is bound to deteriorate. Growth and development also affects medical team in reference to the patient’s education. Where the team is encouraged to grow further, there is a likelihood that they will feel supported on their goals and work harder to deliver.
Much like the medical team, the patient is bound to be affected by the notion that they are not getting the right social support and thus will have difficulties relating to the patient education. Social economic issues are also factors to consider (Falvo 2011). Where the patient is having social economic issues relating to the medical bills or otherwise, they will have interest in the education that they are receiving. Burden of their health status will also affect their reception and retention of the patient education that they will receive at any stage.
Personality styles relates to the person’s pattern of behavior in reference to the attitudes, feelings, thoughts, responses and action towards different contexts.
