Executive Summary
The Resilient One is my brand. I am a resilient individual who has a great passion of working in the food industry. My passion to join this industry began before I joined college when our teachers challenged us to pursue our talents and the career, which we are passionate about. For several years, I have had a passion of joining either the service industry or the one that specifically focuses on catering, hotel and hospitality industry. This motivated me to enroll in a management course in the food industry that will equip me with skills that will make me a leader in the future. More specifically, I intend to join as a sales representative and sharpen my skills by later furthering my education in order to gain the opportunity of entering into management positions. This summary will analyze my target market, situation assessment, and the goals I set, personal analysis, and finish by doing a personal assessment.

* Inability to talk fluently and confidently in front of a large crowd.
