Career Choice in The Entertainment Industry
Introduction
As part of the entertainment industry, the game industry is broad and comprises many job disciplines. The game industry has different types of players; the development/the developers, advertisement/marketing, and revenue generation. As an individual interested in the game industry, it may be overwhelming when deciding on the right path. Having an in-depth understanding of what the gaming industry entails can be the first guide in making a suitable decision. Wide knowledge of gaming trends, excellent skills, inventiveness, and excellent perception are some of the characteristics that make a good game designer. A game designer is entrusted with creating imaginations, scenarios, roles, graphic designing and formatting, and grouping. It needs a high level of creativity as gaming has emerged in massive interest from people of all ages, and satisfying reactions for every possible action a player may choose can be a real challenge.
Short- and Near-Term Goals
Being a game designer requires enthusiasm, passion, dedication, and creativity, as it is a highly competitive industry.
