Blog Learning Journal Assignment:
Follow your blog regularly during the period of time between journal entries. Your learning journal discussion should convey the following:
1. What topics were discussed on your blog during the time period? Identify both the topics, important information presented, and what you learned.
2. How do these topics relate to human capital management? Identify and explain where the information presented on your blog falls within the SHRM competencies for HR practitioners. Where is it covered in your textbook (chapter and section).
3. How will this information help you to become a better human capital practitioner?
ASSIGNMENT GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION:
Your submission should be 450-500 words. Place the number of words in parenthesis at the end of your journal entry. If you use references within your journal entry, these do not count towards the total word count.
Use Times New Roman 12-point font. Single space in your journal. Use 1-inch margins. Put your name in the header of the file, along with the journal entry number, for example, Sam Smith, Learning Journal #4.
Submit your journal entry to the Canvas drop box by the date and time provided on the course syllabus. The drop box will close at 12:00 am. No late assignments are accepted.

The blog entries that I have made encompassed many topics. However, the main idea is that the Human Resource Management (HRM) sector needs to lead the business industry to apply the changes necessary for better execution of business processes, specifically, when the business concerns rendering services.
Compared to previous business processes where the companies only consider pure talent to execute their work responsibilities, the presence of HRM shall help individuals or employees demonstrate their talents and skills to help improve themselves. This becomes the stepping stone of many people to lead this era forward.
Additionally, the blog also represented talents that showed no boundaries, nationally or internationally. The utilization of the human resource department encourages individuals to have greater development. From this, I have learned that when the employer supports its employees, the latter will provide the former excellent ideas for enterprises. Also, HR is central to human capital.
As mentioned, the blog discussed the talents that know no boundaries. This is a part of global and cultural effectiveness that showcases the abilities of the employees and signifies their importance in the business field. From here, I have learned that the more that the HR department pushes the employees to show the best of their abilities, the better the outcome of their work.
