Intellectual wellness helps expand an individual’s knowledge and skills, allowing them to live an exciting and satisfying life. To achieve optimal intellectual health, people need to embrace creativity, inquisitiveness, and lifetime learning. Intellectual wellness encourages exploration, stimulates curiosity to become more mindful and better-rounded. In turn, curiosity helps to motivate an individual to develop new things and better relationships with other people and the environment.
Since I was young, I have always been in love with books. In my early years in school, I used to stay up to late-night because I could not afford to sleep without knowing the end of a story. When I was three years old, my mommy taught me how to read. We spent many afternoons strolling up and down the living room floor following footprints decorated with my first language's practicable extracts.
