The speech by Tyler Perry during the BET 2019 awards is an excellent presentation of motivation. Perry gives a great speech that would encourage anyone listening to the words to work harder to achieve their anticipated goals and objectives. He is a powerful actor that uses his charisma to attract the audience's attention to concentrate on listening to him. Although the audience seems to like Perry as revealed by their reaction of appreciating him while coming forth to the stage, he does not assume their engagement and tries to give a captivating speech. The continuous applause reveals the connection between the speaker and the audience during the speech.

Perry proves that challenges accompany every path to success, and anyone going through the difficulties should embrace the period and hope for better days through hard work and perseverance. I support this st...
