Introduction
This study analyses technological tools in businesses, specifically social media, to create a platform where people can share and retrieve information. However, social media platforms have been a source of cyber-bullying, hate speech, and terrorist propaganda. The US government and other states have recently come up with policies to restrict freedom of speech and censorship of information shared on social media platforms.

Subject: Addressing cyberbullying and hate speech
As the manager of Digital Content, I have observed that the company is a victim of cyberbullying and hate speech, as evidence is certain from user's feedback. Many complaints have been launched. The company's efforts to deal with the issue have not been successful due to several challenges. The first is reputation conflict. Putting stringent measures to cyberbullying might end the practice and paint a bad image to our platform users and repel potential employees. Secondly, the platform's foreign use cannot be determined to what extent it has used the platform. Lastly, there are domestic misinformation campaigns within the users who appear to identify with each other.
Digital technology will benefit from; cheaper marketing and advertising, increased interactivity with users, audience control, vast access to the audience, and extensive news coverage compared to the traditional print medium.
The senior management will have to set strategies that will transform the print into the digital form:
* The reinvention of the content delivery model
* The tapping of new revenue streams (either through sponsorship or advertising)
* Immense digital innovation
Strategic focus, finances, and human resources are the main success factors that will enable SnapFace to realize its goal. This will imply financial data control under a focused management team to outline the company's priorities. Human resource should be equipped with the right skills to deal with cyber bullying and hate speech.
