My most important goal is about my career. In the future, I want to be a designer, sales strategist, marketing guru or a customer care representative for new ideas or products. I want to be in the position to create and implement sales strategies and help in their realization. This has been my goal for a long period and I have been engaging in activities that will help improve my skills which will, in turn, be key in helping me realize my goals. Strengths One of my greatest strengths is that I am a team worker. In a field like the one I hope to venture into in the future, teamwork is paramount. I have been a team player since I was a little child. I know the many advantages of teamwork and I have been able to improve on these strengths by engaging in different activities in and out of school. As a team player, I can coordinate with members of my team towards achieving our preset goal. As a sales strategist or a marketing guru, I will have to work with a team. I will use my strength as a team player to ensure that any goals we have set as a team are achieved. Another strength I have is that I am curious. I am always trying to find out what is new around me and I am also always trying to come up with easier and more efficient ways to do something. As a sales strategist, this will help me to be in the know of what is new in the field, for example, the new marketing strategies and effective ways to make sales and deal with clients so that they can bring even more business to the business. I am also an easily adaptable person. I can adapt to the current situation and even find ways to make the situation better. In sales and marketing, there are always new problems coming up. When faced with any situation in sales and marketing, I will use my adaptability to get on board and make the best of the situation. Innovation is another one of my strengths. I am highly innovative and always coming up with new ideas. I am constantly thing of ways through which I can improve my life and improve the lives of others. In a constantly changing world, there is a need to innovate and even more so in sales and marketing. Being innovative will help me to come up with new and exciting ways to make sales and marketing more interesting and more productive. I am also a strategic thinker.
