The topic is entirely up to YOU. (My suggestion, you pick a topic that you know very well BUT you are constantly encountering people who do not understand it -you know those issues you find yourself saying: “That's not how it works!”)

Food is essential for human beings and animals to survive and undertake daily activities to accomplish goals. However, people have related fictions to misconceptions in terms of food. Many food misconceptions stated in a variety of settings, and many people have believed. Studies have shown regularly that eating habits have changed how people consume food. The food industry has been growing dramatically during the few years. For this reason, the analysis of different misconceptions about food is vital.
Food misconceptions are touting eating and producing a manner of food products. Low-fat label food does not mean that its healthy neither does the organic or natural signify consumable products. In the case that organic foods are more robust than non-organic ones in the same setting, then the natural or organic foods have to be added salt, sugar, or fats in the same proportion (Newburgh and Margaret, 815-825). Natural foods do not mean that it is only healthy; others are infected with diseases and may cause harm to the consumer while processed food can be beneficial in providing a balanced diet. Natural and organic food can contain the term natural but are not that healthy, so it is important to check labels and ensure it is vital for consumption.
The other misconception of food is that healthy means low fat. Many people think that a little fat diet is more robust than food with a lot of fats. It is not true since food with little fat is not very healthy, and all fats tend to be unequal since some are very conducive to consumption. Some fats like monounsaturated found mainly in avocados help in body development and in reducing weight loss, and therefore, it lowers cholesterol and makes it healthier (Jongenburger, Den, and Zwietering, 479-503). In food comparison, it is crucial to consider the kind of fats in the food and the nutritional value and the fat quantity to ascertain its significance.
Moreover, people misconceive food in stating that only fresh fruit counts. In getting fruits that are fresh for consumption, it is also important to note that even the frozen fruit and dried fruits are recommended for use and not termed as fresh. Fruits based in the deserts are supported in daily consumption as they contain fruit substance, although they are not vital for health like apple pie. Many fruits count to healthy development and can be in many kinds and do not only have to be fresh. Eating fruits contribute to health and proper growth.
Diets on vegetarians are protein deficient; this is a misconception of food. In this, the myth emphasizes that the vegetarian diet contains enough proteins, and the idea meant the perception that for good health, then the body needs proteins. Studies, however, have suggested that overeating protein could damage health and that the diets on vegetarians can help people to live long. The misconception also is that meat is a source of protein, and it is not true since most foods contain protein. There are many proteins on vegetarian that can add benefit to human health and be free of fats.
