Most of the foods that are currently being eaten in most of the restaurants have rich historical backgrounds. The use of herbs to prepare dishes dates back to time immemorial and bears great significance for most of the oriental cuisines. The herbs were not only applied to spice the foods but to make them healthy.
What I ate in the previous few days
1 Peruvian Chicken Stew: This is one of the signature chicken stew dishes that are popular in most of the restaurants. The history behind this chicken stew makes it one of the foods that are considered healthy. Chicken is considered to be lean and healthy. From the reading, the origin of such foods is associated with difficult times that made the slaves innovative, and over the years, it has been improved, making it better and nutritious.
