I have found that nearly 23 million Yemenis who make up 78 percent of the population require humanitarian assistance. Hundreds to thousands of people have been displaced by the fight in Yemen, and the country has experienced a sharp jump in the number of suspected cases of different diseases. The two main outbreaks are acute watery diarrhea and cholera, and Yemen is having both of these problems since 2016. It is a matter of serious concern, and I think that people should be provided with immediate medical assistance before it is too late and the number of deaths increases. How is Yemen caught between Iran and Saudi Arabia? Currently, Yemen is the most fragile economy in the Middle East. It has been caught between Iran and Saudi Arabia for some years now, with more than 12 million people facing famine. Western governments like the European Union and the United States seem to have failed to prevent further harms to Yemenis. The conflict began when a proxy war started between Iran and a Saudi-led coalition. Saudi Arabia and Iran are known to have a long-lasting rivalry, and this has caused a lot of problems for Yemen. Part 2 Why is Uganda so good toward refugees? According to a report by the UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees), Uganda is the best country for refugees. In recent years, the West has closed its doors for those who are seeking asylum. The United States of America and other rich countries are unkind to refugees, but Uganda has not imposed any restrictions on them; this is why refugees prefer to go there. Politicians of the wealthy countries are of the view that economic costs will increase and there will be a lot of security threats if refugees are allowed to stay there.
