The Arab-Israeli conflict has persisted for many decades despite various attempts to bring it to an end. One of the main conflicts facing the Middle East is the control of Jerusalem as a holy city. Israeli-Arab conflict is difficult to solve due to the underlying perceived historical injustices and identity differences.
There are two main reasons why it is difficult to find a solution for the issue. The first main reason is the perceived historical injustices that prevail among the Arabs. The Arabs believe that Israel invaded their region and took away their land (Inbar, 126).
