Introduction
Life, as most people will contend, is full of ups and downs, hills and valleys, and never a bed of roses as one would wish for their lives. It is while we are making progress or while enjoying the beautiful scenery at the top of the hill that one tends to look at the steps, process, or journey that they took to reach such heights or realize such achievements in the lives. Such moments of victory remain dear to the heart and offer a source of happiness for a lifetime as one clings onto their memories in difficult or challenging times in life. The magnitude of these moments of triumphs may vary from one person to the other as they are dependent on an individual’s consideration of what one believes to their greatest moments in life. The same holds for one’s most tragic, saddest, or the most challenging time in life that one would never wish to occur to their worst enemies or those they love deeply. Life features both of the outlined features of both positive and negative energies, feelings, and emotions emanating from equally diverse life experiences that may throw a person off-balance towards despair or emerge triumphant and become a beacon of hope for all in society. The two situations or circumstances are representative of the ups and downs of life that should function to mold a person into the best versions of themselves. In essence, no matter what has happened in a person’s life, he must have faith and never give up.
