Prepared Food Action Plan

Objective:

Deliver quality Prepared Food at whole Food Market and teach potential customers about our high quality product and the passion in this Carrier. Lead by example and encourage team members to do their best.    

Goals:

• Keep the department tidy, smart all the time, and promote the local product.
• Work closely with Prepared Food Team Leader to train new team members.
• Delegate task, supervise Team Members to maintain high quality production standard.
• Determine breaks, schedule work for team members, and supervise to make sure that they produce the best.   

Leadership:

• Lead by example.
• Create a positive work environment that will improve team members’ performance.
• Encourage team members to come up with good ideas that will boost their production by listening to them and supporting their ideas.
• Solve any arising problem within the shortest time possible.
• Nature talents among the team leaders by encouraging team members to get more training and giving talented opportunities to lead.

Merchandising:

• Work closely with team members to develop and eye caching display
• Educate our customers about our core values and importance of using our product.
• Developing a strong relationship with the customers and the team members will ensure that all recommendation of the customers and ideas from members are incorporated in the production.

Financial:

• Increase sales by maximally merchandising Prepared Food.
• Use record and Prepared Food application for tracking and control.
• Balance between production and consumption to make sure that all product are sold without getting stale.
