In his article, Ben Valentine is communicating directly with the artists. His vision or expectation of ecological art in this age of increased plastic wastes is to see art that brings to the fore this major issue. It is clear that over the last few years, the amount of plastic waste has increased. As Valentine discloses, projections show that given the rapid increase in plastic waste, which always ends up in water bodies, fish will be outnumbered by 2050.
