Name Tutor Course Date The Founder The founder is an intriguing true story of Ray Kroc a once struggling salesperson who hails from Illinois. The biography observes how Kroc meets the McDonald brothers Dick and Mac McDonald who at the time of their meeting are running and own a burger food place in Southern California 1950. In his observation, Kroc was impressed by how fast the two brothers were in giving services and thought of the franchise potential in a larger market. He saw endless possibility in the business. True to his first impression, he manages to take it from the McDonald brothers and built a multi-billion dollar empire. Directed by John Lee Hancock, produced by Jeremy Renner, Don Handfield, Aaron Ryder, and Karen Lunder, the 16 Dec 2016 released movie has attracted the attention of various sectors especially in the education platform. Kroc suggests to McDonald's that there were courthouses and churches every town and he would want the business to a franchise like them in every town. This idea would increase its customer base, profits and popularity. However, it also meant increasing the running cost, employees and operational cost. When the brothers remained with the control over the franchises, Kroc felt constrained, his ability to do business restricted with this control, and hence he throws away his business ethics and bullies them into submitting the personal legacy they had created.
