Drive Less is determined to help the community simplify their lives and make them more productive in the process. Convenience is the word that comes to mind with the operation of Drive Less, and hopefully, it can translate to the experience of our services.
The company requires a structure and new departments to help in delegating tasks to enable successful expansions. To match the ambition of Drive Less, the company's design should be streamlined to avoid wasting time and duplicating efforts. The social media team will be involved in the majority of advertisement ventures the company undertakes. For instance, to enjoy the experience, a customer will have access to controlling the entertainment system, adjusting seats. The team believes such subtle details in comfort will help attract more consumers from competitors who don't offer such options. Scouting for sponsorships and collaborations will help the company elevate the experience of the entire service. For instance, there is potential to collaborate with a reputable headphones manufacturer to create custom headphones for the vehicles. With a heavy reliance on the quality, the headphones will seek to impress the customers, creating demand and consumer pressure to release them to the public.
