Reflection as a Associate Compensation consultant

Essay Instructions:

Challenge yourself to evaluate your weaknesses and reflect on how you can make your qualifications even more outstanding! There is always room for improvement. Also remember that this exercise directly translates to how well you’ll articulate skills during an interview.
• Things to consider in your reflection:
o What interested you most about the one job and employer you picked from your three that you identified in Part I?
o Evaluate and elaborate on the skills/strengths gained from your experiences (academic and non-academic). How did you utilize these skills in the past and how do they transfer to the qualifications desired for the job posting of interest?
o Describe your weaknesses and formulate a plan to strengthen them. Set goals for yourself – we are more accountable to goals when we write and share them
o Propose your UVP based on your strengths. Why will you be a highly desired graduate?

Interpersonal skills is the other skill that I possess that I have learned from working in groups with other individuals. These skills would come in handy when working with other consultants as there would be need to communicate and relate in a manner that would ensure work is done. Problem-solving skills is the other form of skills that I have had for a long time, and it ...
