Follow your blog regularly during the period of time between journal entries. Your learning journal discussion should convey the following:
1. What topics were discussed on your blog during the time period? Identify both the topics, important information presented, and what you learned.
2. How do these topics relate to human capital management? Identify and explain where the information presented on your blog falls within the SHRM competencies for HR practitioners. Where is it covered in your textbook (chapter and section).
3. How will this information help you to become a better human capital practitioner?
Your submission should be 450-500 words. Place the number of words in parenthesis at the end of your journal entry. If you use references within your journal entry, these do not count towards the total word count.

I am a business management personnel. It is important to discuss how Human Resource Management, HRM needs to exhaust its potential in leading the business sector and making changes that accelerate decision making in matters concerning the execution of business processes. Other topics worth handling include communication, leadership, work ethics, and different relationship at workplaces. The business sector is a crucial sector that drives the world's economy, and it needs to be handled well. All these topics are very important for the positive growth of a company.
HRM gives individuals a platform to display their knowledge and self-improvement (Hung et al., 234). This is contrary to previous business processes that only use pure talent to execute their responsibilities. It means that HRM gives many people the platform and the chance to lead because it incorporates talent, knowledge, and skills, allowing them to develop positively.
Among the lessons I have learned is that in HRM, a good relationship between an employer and his employees has more fruits that are positive. An employer who supports his employees is likely to benefit more from the diverse ideas employees will give. HRM is the central financial figure in a company (Hung et al., 236). A good HRM department means the employees will get the employer's necessary support through motivation handouts and allowances. This way, the HR department pushes the employees to display the best of their talents.
