Glastonbury Festival is an annual event held at Worthy Farm, Pilton, Vale of Avalon, Somerset, Southwest England CITATION ONend \l 8192 (O'Neill, n.d.). It is one of the largest concert festivals in the United Kingdom, which boasts an annual number of around 200,000+ visitors. The festival is usually held in Mid-June of every year. In 2022, we expect to start the event from June 21 to June 26, with various events spread throughout the 5-day event.
The festival would have a similar setup to maximize the venue and accommodate the sheer number of individuals, including six (6) main stages for each concert, a circus area, carnival area, green fields, and king's meadow. Each of these places would be strategically placed in the immediate vicinity of each other to ensure the accessibility for the audience of each area and the safety and security of the overall population of the attendees. Together with the open-field setting of Worthy Farm, these separate locations could ensure faster evacuation in case of emergencies.
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the team would ensure the additional installation of sanitation centers, security booths and clearances, and stricter proximity security for the venue. First, the security booths, security clearances, and proximity security for the venue would ensure that all attendees would undergo the same security protocol – complete vaccination, RT-PCR tests, and triage tests, among others. However, to accommodate the number of attendees, fifty (50) clearance and triage booths would be located in the main entrace and each attendee would be given a unique clearance code (QR Code) to show that he had undergone the security processes.
Finally, there will also be a number of emergency personnel located in each square. Each location – six different stages, circus and theater, carnival area, green fields, and king's meadow would have their own (1) emergency response team, (2) security team, and (3) fire response team on standby throughout the duration of the festival.
2 Plan Aim and Objectives

Glastonbury festival is a commercial event that aims to bring about various arts, with a particular inclination towards music and performing arts. This is the reason why Glastonbury includes some of the most famous artists in the world CITATION Gland \l 8192 (GlastonburyFestivals.co.uk, n.d.).
Accordingly, the main goal for this year's festival is three-fold, (1) increase ticket revenues, (2) ensure the safety and security of attendees, and (3) increase revenues for third-party stakeholders who participate in the event (i.e., advertisers, booth owners, etc.).
