The project management plan 1. Project objectives 1.1. Project context Colebrook exists for the benefit of the community, to provide social inclusion and independence for vulnerable adults and local communities. Besides, many people they are able to pay for services assisting them, several vulnerable adults still live in difficult financial problems. The project is happening to find some potential sources of funding for those people to access support, including clients living in care home or sheltered accommodation. 1.2. (Any special and personal problems need to be reported to the project manager before the meeting 2 hours).  The team requires consensus on major decisions.  The team must have frequent and effective communication.  Agenda will be distributed before each meeting.  The team needs a note maker who records every decisions and assignments.  We brainstorm ideas without editing.  We treat each other with respect, keep a positive attitude toward the team.  We listen to each other with an open mind.  The team must be willing to support other members and share its sources.  We are patient with alternative perspectives and avoid using negative phrases or body language.  We aware and deal with any problems and changes promptly.  We are honest with team members who are not pulling their weight.  The team must understand the project goals, focus on outcomes and be unanimous the defined roles.  The team must have consistent, united and enthusiastic efforts.  The team must be capable of self- correction.  Team members are responsible for getting any missed information.  We meet the deadlines and deliverables.  We ask for help if we are struggle or falling behind.  The team takes initiative by offering ideas and volunteering for tasks. 1.5.
