Several elements are needed for integrated and effective coaching. I believe that all these elements can either be used alone or in combination. The first element is having communication skills such as questioning, rapport building, and listening attentively (van Coller-Peter and Cronjé, 2020). All these elements ensure the coaching session is a success and that the learner and teacher interact effectively. Another important element is technology integration, which encourages participation during the coaching session (Machado and Chung, 2015). It also facilitates the teacher's development and is a way of helping to assess the coach or learner. For instance, a coach can use a mobile application when interacting with learners.
