Background:
target food stores have to be a restaurant with take-away, such as a coffee shop, sushi store, Bread store, and others. they most likely have food pre-prepared in the morning to sell for the day, and by the end of the day, if the food was not sold, most likely wasted to trash. some stores do discount sales after a certain period, but not everyone has the time to go. we provided delivery service so that food can be sold and not wasted, also, help stores make a profit. of course, we have to team up with stores, make websites and app help promote our business. competitive advantage is the price will be cheaper. Maybe weekly specials for certain businesses or certain products that are in season.

Description of business idea
We will establish a company that will be selling basic daily items to individual consumers and other businesses. customers will have an online platform whereby they can place their orders and have the goods delivered to them. A physical location for our company will be communicated to allow clients to walk in and purchase our products. The business will catch up with new clients through advertisements.
Customer’s needs
Customers are tired of having their items take longer to be delivered. Hence, our company will be able to provide faster logistics to ensure that the customer’s goods have been delivered on time and in good condition (Muñoz-Bullon, Sanchez-Bueno, and Vos-Saz, 2015: 88).
How to differentiate the business from current opposition
We intend to overcome competition by offering relatively lower prices as compared to what our competitors are offering. We will occasionally provide discounted goods in order to keep our customers interested in our products. Faster logistics will be a convenient way of attracting customers (Kovács, and Kot, 2016: 14).
