Project Scope steps
Project scope is a detailed plan of a project that comprises the resources the project will use, the time it will take to be accomplished, and the tasks that the team members are expected to perform (Alkhaffaf, 2018). An excellent project scope passes through six steps. First, it is vital to plan the scope management process. The main agenda of the scope management is to create a management plan at the end. Also, the team has the role of speaking to all the executives and stakeholders to comprehend the project's scope. According to Denys and Inna (2021), the information gathering purpose is to inform the team how to manage, control, define and validate the scope. The plan must include information on how to deal with challenges and constraints during the project, develop vital elements, and determine project success.

It informs each and team of their expectations in the project with a time specification. The use of digital techniques is essential in ensuring the task assigning process, importance clarification, and deadlines of the project are a success (Denys & Inna, 2021). The digital tools help with easy supervision by just logging in and determining the project level.
The scope validation step is essential in project scope development. The stage concentrates on getting approval for the entire project. The project presentation process to the executive and the stakeholders to seek verification to start the project begins. Scope validation is vital in case anything goes wrong. The process can be done physically or digitally. Finally, the control scope phase ensures the project stays within the scope definition (Denys & Inna, 2021). In case of any change...
