The south and east Asian countries have had internal and international conflicts concerning human security. Most of the countries insist on providing support for their neighbors who are experiencing difficulty in advancing security to their citizens. Another apparent challenge with the East Asian countries is the notion of regional development as opposed to international participation in global matters (Howe, 2019).
