Introduction
We consider moving to be natural and occasionally choose to ignore it because it is so commonplace, but there is a field of study called kinesiology that examines each and every movement we make. This field of study is very intriguing because even the simplest of our movements involves numerous joints, muscles, and bones that are cooperating.
Anatomy, physiology, and mechanics of the body's muscles and joints are commonly studied in kinesiology, which is the study of human movement. Understanding how the body moves and functions requires knowledge from many other disciplines, including biomechanics, physiology, psychology, and neuroscience. Sports, physical therapy, rehabilitation, ergonomics, and other fields can all benefit from the use of kinesiology. It can be applied to diagnose and cure injuries, boost athletic ability, improve workplace safety, and advance general health and wellness (What Is Kinesiology and Why Study It?, 2022).
Part - I
In this essay, we'll talk about the movements that participants in a particular sport, called lacrosse, do when participating in it. Lacrosse is a physically demanding sport due to its nature. With a little rubber ball and long sticks with a netting pocket at one end, lacrosse is a fast-moving team sport. The sport has gained popularity in North America and other parts of the world since it was first played by Native American tribes.
In lacrosse, players try to score goals by kicking the ball into the goal of the other team. Each team consists of ten players, including a goalkeeper who guards the goal. The goal is to move the ball along the field with your stick and pass it to teammates to set up scoring opportunities. Many kinesiological concepts are used in the mechanics of lacrosse skills. For instance, in order to generate power and control when cradling the ball (swinging the stick back and forth to keep control of the ball), players must use the proper wrist and elbow flexion and extension. To produce force and accuracy in their shot, they must use their entire body, including the legs, hips, and torso.
Part - II
Running, dodging, stickhandling, passing, and shooting are among of the actions that are frequently utilized in the sport. These actions are used during the entire part of the game. (1) Running is a big part of lacrosse, both quick bursts of speed and longer, prolonged runs up and down the field. For the entire game, players must be able to retain their pace and stamina. (2) Players employ a range of dodges, such as roll dodges, split dodges, face dodges, and others, to get past opponents. Carrying the ball with the stick involves a lot of wrist and elbow movement as well as quick hand-eye coordination to maintain control of the ball. (3) These movements involve quick changes of direction and frequently require the player to use their entire body to fool the defender. (4) To pass the ball accurately, players need to use proper mechanics in their wrist, elbow, and shoulder movements.

In this example, we will employ the straightforward preparation that players use to begin with. The movement sequence in the aforementioned skills comprises se...
