Relationships in business are vital, as you will require the employees, customers, and the supplies to run the business successfully. While doing the work may lead to good results, relationships with your employees ensure a pleasant environment for them to be productive and work as a team. Having strong relationships with customers ensures they always choose your business over others, due to the mutual relationship you have created. Relationships also help to build the image of the company, enabling customers and suppliers to identify with it (Hovsepian, 2018, Jun 20). Therefore, the relationships with all these people are the key to helping your business succeed. 7-2 When an organization decides to restructure, both positive and negative aspects arise.
