Understanding the relationship between culture and external circumstances is important for any researcher. It allows him to be able to have a clear view of the reason why different cultures behave differently from one another. Accordingly, one of the dominant views that aim to explain different ethical behaviors concerning external factors is cultural relativism. In this view, different cultures have their varying moral standards and that each of these standards is equal.
