Analyzing implicit gender bias and social diversity at a societal level is a critical process to understand the key solutions and techniques that would improve the unity among individuals. Implicit gender bias requires adequate analysis since it is a complex and unintentional treatment of people based on gender (Pritlove et al., 2019). The paper focuses on the implicit gender bias analysis using different lenses, interaction with people and understanding of diversity.
Different Educational Lenses
My analysis would be different when I analyzed the topic using the Historical lens. History is among the four general education lenses which focus on past interactions, memories and events (The four general education lenses, n.d.). History is critical since it allows people to understand the present based on the past. The lens relates to the implicit gender bias and social diversity since the topic is based on the past. The focus would be on how past activities on the implicit gender bias affect contemporary society and how to advance the historical intervention. The lens would also allow me to analyze the sources of implicit gender bias and the critical ways of shifting social norms which promote such bias. Therefore, the lens would allow me to understand the genesis of implicit gender bias and how it affected traditional society.
Interactions with People
Critical analysis of diversity is essential since it adds value to the interaction of people. Diversity is based on the social interaction of individuals. Therefore, eliminating critical issues that jeopardize, such as implicit gender bias, reduces social interaction among individuals.
