The targeted area or chosen population is “Latin women aged between 20-30 years, suffering from chronic illnesses. The quantitative and qualitative needs assessment will be contacted through the website. Quantitative assessment mainly refers to the technique of obtaining data that can generate results, which cannot be translated into or measured by numbers. They are used in instances when the subtitles behind the numbers such as community history, small actions, and feelings are required. Besides, the quantitative assessment techniques are mainly those that express research findings into numbers. In most cases, they usually answer questions including how often, how much, and how many (Jack, 2017). Therefore, the qualitative needs assessment will be conducted through message board which include communicating to nurses on the different types of interventions that should be implemented to prevent further infection. Moreover, the quantitative needs assessment will be conducted through the website and will include searching for data about the rate of chronic diseases among Latin women. The data obtained will help in identifying the critical nature of the disease. Intervention will be created by finding viable solutions to the exiting problem (Jamison, 2006). Chronic infections mainly refer to diabetes, chronic respiratory diseases, cancer, stroke, and heart disease. The chronic conditions and diseases contribute significantly to the disease burdens on societies, families, nations, and people. Other examples of chronic diseases include genetic disorders, joint and bone disorders, oral diseases, vision and hearing impairment, and mental disorders.

Situation: Chronic illnesses deaths and risks are rising rapidly mainly in middle and low income nations. The threat is a cause of poverty and lags behind the economic growth and development of many nations. The aggregate number of individuals especially women dying from chronic illnesses is twice that of all infectious illnesses including malaria, tuberculosis,, and HIV/AIDs, nutritional deficiencies, and perinatal and maternal conditions (Jack, 2017). Also, it should be noted that 80% of the chronic infection occur in undeveloped nations or low income backgrounds and mainly affect women.
