My Post 6-1 & 6-2: The Company Chosen Is Zappos

The company I have chosen is Zappos. Its core values are delivering outstanding services, embracing and driving change, creating a fun-filled environment, pursuing growth and learning, being honest in relationships, having a positive team, doing more within less time, and being passionate, determined and humble (2015). Another company of the same caliber is Foot Locker; its organizational values are leadership, integrity, great teamwork, providing quality services and innovation. Based on the information I have collected about the two companies, it is easy to say that unlike Zappos, Foot Locker is able to pay back its debts with the assets. In other words, we can say that the team at Foot Locker is aware of the significance of the servant leadership philosophy, according to which the core purpose of an organization should be to serve.
