Reflection on my past relationship created a lot of different feelings. At the beginning of reflection, I experienced feelings of loss and disappointment. The relationship had lasted for two years, and I felt like I had lost a friend and a confidant after the breakup. These feelings of loss brought about a lot of disappointment since I had not achieved my goal of maintaining the same relationship for probably my lifetime. I felt like I should have done more to fight for the relationship by solving our problems rather than simply giving up. Another feeling that I had during the reflection was that of nostalgia. I realized that despite the negative feelings from the breakup, I was still happy that I had many great memories. We had made great memories that always made me smile amidst feeling bad.
