The article discusses global climatic changes as an issue of concern and how it impacts the economy of the United States and the global economy at large. It, therefore, entails information relating to the causes of climatic changes and the uneven distribution of the experienced changes, its impacts to the economy, control measures and how global warming and climatic changes, in general, can be caused. The discussion herein contains a summary of the article on global changes and its impacts on the economy, presenting the author’s point of view with support from other study materials.
According to this article, climatic changes resulting from global warming greatly impact the economy in several negative ways. The main idea of the article is that the environment is fighting back to the unhealthy and unsustainable economic development projects which lead to the production of greenhouse gases to the atmosphere resulting in climatic changes. The article, therefore, presents a mutual relationship between climatic change and economic development where the unsustainable practice of one may negatively impact the other.
