A project is considered unsuccessful when it fails to deliver the agreed-upon budget and time requirements. However, the stakeholders' decision regarding their level of satisfaction is significant in most cases. An unsuccessful project can be caused by due to numerous reasons. I was once in charge of a project assigned to develop an advertisement video about fashion design. I had to look for other people who would help build the advertisement campaign.
