As you now understand how the HR profession is changing and how new policies of HR management will be designed and developed. The HR VP has assigned you the Training & Development Manager with designing a Training program. The former employees were never trained and New Hires need training. You will need to ensure all newly hired employees are trained, and determine what training if any the current staff was afforded.
The objectives of this assignment are to:
Effectively define the scope of the research in the analysis of a business problem (listed above);

As you have learned in your text there are multiple methods of training. In a 2 page written paper (APA Format) summarize the processes you took to accomplish your directive. Include the methods you used to create a Training Program and key terms from Chapter 8 of your textbook. Include the process you took to determine the needs of the organization and how you accomplished the goal. Provide a draft PowerPoint presentation for the Training (draft slides - the minimum is 5) including an Agenda for the training.

Having the necessary skills and knowledge in the changing business operational environment is necessary for organizational success. New employees need to showcase the required knowledge and skills. Also, existing employees must be trained to match the changes that come with their job descriptions. To that effect, the goal of this program is to ensure that all employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles and contribute to the organization's success.
Defining the Scope of the Research
The research aimed at understanding the training needs of the organization constituted three key elements. The first element was assessing the training needs. A needs gap assessment is necessary for establishing the organizational prospects that require uplifting through training. The needs gap analysis outlines the skill levels of the current and new employees (Thomas, 2018). The project concluded with pinpointing the specific areas requiring training. The second element of research was designing the training content.
